Biographical Information: Assistant Professor of Private Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid (2021-). PhD in Law with extraordinary prize from the University of Lleida (2017), for her doctoral thesis ‘El arrendamiento forzoso de vivienda’. She was awarded the IX Prize of the Revista Crítica de Derecho Inmobiliario (2020), for her work on consumer remedies for non-financial instruments, and the First Prize of the XII Certamen Universitario Arquímedes del Ministerio de Educación (2013), for her work on blockbusting. She has been recognised with 1 research period 2014-2019 by the Spanish Ministry of Science. She is a member of the research team of the Ministry of Science and Innovation Project ‘Living in community: new rules for a new paradigm’ (2021-2025). PI: Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre Aznar. Property Law, Consumer Law, Civil Mediation and IT Law are her research fields. She has more than 70 scientific publications, 40% of which in Q1, and the monographs ‘Ley por el derecho a la vivienda’ and ‘La expropiación temporal del uso de viviendas’, more than 40 invited keynotes at academic conferences, as well as three-month postdoctoral research stays at the Sapienza Università di Roma (2024), UNIDROIT (2022) and The University of Manchester (2017). As for her transfer activity, she has done the Spanish national report for the European Commission on ‘Novel forms of contracting in the digital economy’ (2024), the report ‘Temporary expropriation of the use of empty housing in the Valencian Community: legislative proposals for its recovery and similar instruments’ for the Housing Department of the Valencian Community (2022), and the participation in the report ‘Private property in Spain’ of the Institute of Economic Studies (2021).
